I am a travel avid and have been to Taiwan several
times. I do not like to travel in tour groups as it is very restrictive. I like
to mix with the locals to know more about their way of life. Therefore, I chose
backpacking. Travelling in this way enables me to know many places which are
unknown to the tourist- only the locals know.
